In picking photos, focus first on your expression and the relative position of you to your surroundings. Most other things can be refined (cropping, tilt, color balance like warm vs. cooler colors, background blemishes, light/darkness, etc.). Please reference the photo as (row #, column #) or the file name itself.
For your reference, (1, 4) is simply a closer cropping of (1, 5). Also, the full body pictures in row 7 and 8 can be recropped for possibilities like (7, 7), (7, 6), or (8, 1), so just focus on the body posture/expression.
